Generates a quote, should be used at the top of a character page. Even though the template uses large quotation marks, the quote should still be written with text quotation marks around it. Some characters in the ENA series speak foreign languages. As such, both the untranslated and translated quote will be provided, with the untranslated quote coming first and the translated quote (in parentheses) coming second.
