Spatulady is a character appearing in Dream BBQ. Currently, they only make a single appearance in the game, only appearing while Theodora tells Ena that worries and fears will only betray their true goals. They soon turn into a dummy, and fall over.
They are likely to appear again in a later chapter.
Appearance
Spatulady is an entirely white figure. They have a humanoid body with thin limbs and wear a large tutu. Their head resembles the blade of a spatula.

Trivia
- Spatulady's name was revealed in the music credits for the second Dream BBQ trailer[1][2][3] and in the SoundCloud description of "anemoia", the music that plays during the trailer.[4] These refer to the soprano portions of "anemoia" as "Spatulady Soprano".
- In a now-deleted Tweet by Oliver Buckland, the track's composer, the character is referred to as "the Spatulady" and is stated to be portrayed by Eyra Norman in the track.[5]
- The name itself is a portmanteau of "spatula" and "lady".
Cultural references and inspirations
- Spatulady's design could have possibly been inspired by a brief scene in the animated short film Destino in which a white figure with a ballerina outfit appears. Destino was also revealed to be a big influence for Joel Guerra before the second Dream BBQ trailer was made.[6]
